About the Role Armada is hiring an early career Commercial Counsel who wants to own deals, not just review them. You’ll be an early hire on a small legal team, working alongside two senior attorneys and reporting directly to the Head of Legal. This role supports Armada’s commercial growth by drafting and negotiating our customer and procurement agreements, and by partnering closely with GTM, Deal Desk, Engineering, Product, and the rest of the business to keep deals moving while managing risk. You’ll get hands-on transactional experience in a fast-moving AI infrastructure, hardware, and software business. Location. T his role is remote - based in the continental US , with a strong prefer ence for candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones.
