- Showroom & Facility Excellence: Drive preventive maintenance and upkeep across high-end galleries and warehouses, keeping heavy stone displays, HVAC, and safety systems operating flawlessly.
- Streamlined Logistics & Flow: Optimize warehouse layout, yard operations, and material transit between distribution hubs and luxury showrooms.
- Smart Sourcing & Purchasing: Lead competitive bidding and vendor sourcing for essential operational supplies, facility services, and material-handling gear.
- Strategic Vendor Management: Negotiate high-value agreements, enforce tight SLAs, and drive cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality.
- Fleet Performance: Direct vehicle fleet schedules, maintenance, and routing to ensure efficient, reliable local distribution.
- Financial & Regulatory Oversight: Master OPEX budgets, lease terms, insurance renewals, and OSHA compliance to minimize risk and protect the bottom line.

Responsibilities
- Facility & Showroom Maintenance: Direct day-to-day preventive and corrective maintenance for material-handling equipment, heavy stone/tile display infrastructures, HVAC, lighting, and safety systems across South Florida locations.
- Warehouse & Logistics Support: Optimize material-flow pathways, yard/dock conditions, and internal logistics support to ensure seamless transit between local warehouses, high-end showrooms, and distribution nodes.
- Supply Chain & Indirect Procurement: Manage competitive bidding, supplier sourcing, and purchasing for operational supplies, facility services, and material-handling equipment.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Negotiate vendor agreements, enforce strict SLAs, track compliance, and execute strategic cost-reduction initiatives.
- Fleet Administration: Oversee company vehicle and logistics fleet administration, maintenance schedules, and route efficiency.
- Budgeting & Compliance: Administer OPEX budgets, landlord/lease agreements, property insurance renewals, and OSHA compliance standards.
